This flow class works the whole body. Flowing from one move to the next working the abdominals, stretching the shoulders, working the glutes and ensuring the body works in all planes. A great class for anyone who wants to get their body moving.

 

Equipment Needed : Pilates Ring + Small Latex Loop Resistance Bands 

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

Tips:  If you find this class too hard try a beginner level or modify certain exercises and use this workout as a work in progress.
